3. Shows: “Wicked” and “Around The World in 80 Days”

For some reason, back home we rarely–if ever–go to a theatre performance. We’ve been season ticket holders for the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra, and we often think it’d be fun to go to a play, or even fly up to New York and see a show on Broadway. But for some reason, we never do. That just might have to change, especially this year after enjoying two great performances in England: “Around the World in 80 Days” in Manchester back in August, and “Wicked” in London in November. Attending a show like this is much more like a big event than going to a movie, and one of our first recommendations to friends and families visiting the UK will always be to keep an eye out for a great show, especially if spending any time in London.
