In today’s special (free bonus!) blog, and before we turn back south to begin the long journey home, we thought we’d wrap up on our stay in Vermont with a plug for another of our favorite corners of the world, Sugar & Spice restaurant just east of Rutland, Vermont on Highway 4. Lest this wonderful little place go the way of Casey’s Caboose, should you ever get to Vermont–winter or summer–we recommend you make your way to this little maple shack for an awesome treat of pancakes and locally-produced maple syrup.
